Q. How do I become a stockist?
A. Its simple, go to our contact page or send us an email from below and tell us who you are (be sure to submit your ABN), tell us your business exact trade location and provide your contact details (name, phone and email address). Once we have that information, within 7 days a representative from Anastacia Lee will be in touch with you to discuss the opportunity further.
Q. Can anyone become a stockist?
A. No. Our screening process will begin once your enquiry has been submitted.
Q. Does Anastacia Lee uphold geographical stockist rights?
A. Yes. When a new applicant is submitted, careful consideration is given regarding the distance and location of each stockist as well as the products our stores carry.
Q. Do I have to submit an initial minimum order to become a stockist?
A. Yes. There is an initial start up minimum spend of $300. This ensures you aquire a minimal stock range to offer your customers. Future sales are paid by order, no minimum spend.
Q . In order to maintain my business as an Anastacia Lee stockist, do I have to purchase stock from all new season catelogues?
A. We recommend you purchase a variety of products from all season catelogues in order to ensure you stock is current. We expect each store will submit at least three orders per year at minimum.
If a store has not made a purchase of a stocked item within 6 months the stockist rights can be offered to other stores within close proximity and geographical rights will be no longer current.
Q. How do I calculate postage?
Postage on orders over $150 is free. Otherwise postage fee will be in accordance to Australia Post fees.
